I have to say I think this is by far the longest I have ever gone without making a blogpost. The last few months have been a little hectic, but are finally starting to slow down, which I am so relieved about. There have been a lot of changes taking place in my life, many of which are so exciting, but also super scary and intimidating. So today I wanted to spend a little time for updating, sharing some changes that have occurred over this school year!
1. Graduation - I cannot believe this is finally here, but this May I will be graduating! Last semester was one of the hardest semester to date for me and seemed to be dragging on forever. I am so happy that this last semester is filled with mostly elective courses, and is so much more enjoyable and relaxed. I couldn't think of a better way to end my college career. I don't feel constantly stressed, I'm not worrying about multiple group projects, and I only have 2 final exams. Talk about the best senior semester ever!
2. Delta Zeta - I went alum from my sorority in December, which was one of the hardest decisions I have ever been faced with. It still is a bit of a shock (especially that first week of not having to go to meeting) but overall, I am happy with my decision. I just wanted to last semester to be an easy one and am glad that I have more time to focus on paving my career path and focusing on graduating. Now I can enjoy watching my Little thrive in her new position as Assistant to Programming, go Claire!
3. Jobs - I am so excited to say that I am starting to figure out my career path and exactly what I want to be doing in the future. I am hoping to take on freelance social media consultant jobs and excited to see my work experience expand. Check out my new business cards here and my consultant page here.
4. Pure Barre - I started talking about Pure Barre in October on here and I have to say I have grown to love it even more since then. I have never found such an effective workout that I also absolutely love. The instructors are amazing, the music is so much fun, and the class itself is by far the best part of my day. The hour goes by so quickly and the feeling I get when accomplishing another class is incomparable. I recently became an ambassador for my studio which is so exciting, so if you live in Michigan and have any questions, I would love to answer them! The improvements in my arms, stomach, and legs (and of course bootay) have astounded me. However the best part is how much stronger I feel. For anyone who is looking to tone their body and get a great sweat, this class is the best!
PS, with all these changes and exciting things happening, I still want to keep blogging but am going to be limiting my posting to 3 times a week. I am so excited to get started again! If you want to keep up daily, make sure to follow my Instagram here.
